UK Delivery
Standard delivery charge
£3.50 on all orders of 1-2 items
£5.00 for more than 3 items
Premium next day postage (N Ireland only)
£5.00 for 1-2 items
£7.50 for 3+ items
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If you require next day delivery
Orders for next day delivery must be with us by 11am.
DKS give free standard delivery on all orders over £100.00 (UK & Ireland )
All parcels are insured with Royal Mail for your peace of mind.

Please be aware that we can only ship to the card holders billing address. We ‘WILL NOT’ dispatch to any other address than the registered billing address of the card used.
International Orders
All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International signed for delivery
Shipping to EU countries
EU deliveries take an estimated 5 - 7 working days to deliver. We have a standard delivery charge of £10 to all EU countries. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers in order to check on delivery status of an order. This is not done automatically
Shipping to USA and Middle East
Delivery to the United States and the Middle East is a set charge of £15 for all orders and takes 10 - 15 working days for delivery. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.
Shipping Worldwide
Worldwide deliveries usually arrive with in 12 – 15 working days and we have a standard charge of £25 for this (however in some circumstances this may vary slightly but we will email or contact by telephone with a delivery quote.) Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.
Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
Refunds
We offer a no quibble refund policy. Return within 14 days of receiving your purchase (UK and Irelan) and 21 days for all overseas orders. We will be happy to exchange or refund the goods providing they are unworn, undamaged, the labels are intact and they are in the condition when received.
Please note that refunds do not apply to sale products.
(This applies to sale and discount items). We will however offer an exchange or and online credit note but the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Refunds do not apply for underwear, swimwear or tights for hygiene reasons.
Returns postage must be paid by the customer. Prior to returning any item you must first email us at sales@dksdesignerkids.co.uk giving the product reference number, your details and the reason for the return. All returns must be validated by dks designer kids prior to sending back.
